Project Goal

My 7-year journey at Cobia Marketing has been a major part of my growth, both professionally and personally. I started as a graphic designer and worked my way into a leadership role as Head of Fulfillment, where I oversee a team of creatives and stay closely involved in everything from campaign execution to improving internal systems. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to contribute to nearly every part of the business. I designed Cobia’s original logo, helped build and maintain our first website, developed ad strategies, managed media buys across major platforms, and created automations that help turn leads into long-term patients. That hands-on experience gave me a strong foundation in both the creative and performance sides of marketing, with a growing focus on UI/UX and media buying.

What I’m most proud of is the impact behind the work. I’ve played a role in shaping the agency’s brand, improving processes, mentoring new designers, and making sure our creative not only looks good but performs. I’ve also become the go-to person when something needs to be figured out — whether it’s technical, creative, or operational. These past seven years have taught me how to adapt, solve problems quickly, and keep pushing things forward, no matter the challenge.
